




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze and improve portioning processes, apply continuous improvement methodologies, and coordinate corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and propose improvements to portioning processes. 2. Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma). 3. Train operational staff and serve as a reference point for Safety and Hygiene. Main Responsibilities Analyze root causes of deviations in portioning processes and propose improvement actions Design, implement, and monitor improvements in production processes Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, SMED) Coordinate with line managers and supervisors on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions Monitor management indicators (productivity, quality, losses, costs, safety) Identify, record, and reduce losses of raw materials and finished products Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal standards Participate in the planning and follow-up of investments Train operational staff on processes and best practices Serve as a reference point for Safety and Hygiene matters We are a group of Argentine wineries, recognized as one of the world’s top ten wine producers.
