Job Summary: We are seeking Security Guards with experience in industrial environments for an administrative-operational service, performing document control, monitoring, and vehicle management. Service with strong administrative and technological orientation At Koner Seguridad, we are looking for Security Guards with experience in industrial environments or production plants to work at the Abasto location. We seek candidates with proven industrial surveillance experience, accustomed to handling documentation, digital records, and maintaining ongoing contact with transporters, contractors, and plant internal staff. Job Profile The service has an administrative-operational focus; therefore, we require organized, discerning individuals with strong preventive orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include document control, entering data into digital systems, camera monitoring, and providing operational support for vehicle flow within the plant. Key Responsibilities Access control for transporters, contractors, and internal staff. Handling of physical and digital documentation (delivery notes, authorizations, entry/exit logs). Data entry and tracking in internal systems and Google Drive spreadsheets. Use of digital tools (QR code reader, email, Microsoft Office Suite). Weighbridge operation and vehicle flow control. Monitoring and control of CCTV systems. Conducting periodic plant inspections and QR point checks. Detection and reporting of administrative or security anomalies. Strict adherence to client protocols and procedures. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial surveillance, logistics, or access control. Basic proficiency with digital tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, email, and QR-scanning systems. Experience in CCTV monitoring and control. Valid Class B1 driver’s license. Professional appearance, responsibility, and administrative orderliness. Observational ability and procedural compliance. Residence near Abasto or adjacent areas (Melchor Romero, Villa Elisa, Sourigues, El Peligro). Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts (day/night), between 07:30–19:30 and 19:30–07:30. Age between 21 and 45 years. Gender: Female or Male Key Competencies Responsibility and administrative meticulousness. Proficient use of digital tools. Clear communication and courteous demeanor. Operational judgment and analytical capability. Rigorous compliance with regulations and recordkeeping. Physical fitness suitable for periodic plant inspections.
