We have experience in offshore team\-building and aim to help businesses leverage global talent. ### **About This Role:** We’re hiring a Controller or Senior Finance Manager to support established 8 to 9\-figure direct\-to\-consumer brands across apparel, CPG, home, pet, and consumer goods industries. This role bridges accounting and executive finance leadership by owning financial reporting, revenue and inventory accounting, cash flow oversight, and audit coordination. You will partner closely with leadership, eCommerce, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy, inventory discipline, and scalable processes as the business grows. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes * Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting * Ensure proper accounting across revenue, returns, chargebacks, and payment processors * Manage cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations * Oversee revenue recognition across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale channels * Reconcile data between eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and fulfillment partners * Lead inventory accounting, reserves, landed cost tracking, and margin analysis * Maintain internal controls and support audit and tax coordination * Improve ERP workflows, reporting accuracy, and financial automation * Partner cross\-functionally with operations and leadership on financial strategy ### **Software/Platforms/Tools:** * ERP systems such as NetSuite, Apparel Magic, or comparable platforms * Shopify and other eCommerce platforms * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets * Accounting and reporting systems * Payment gateways and marketplace dashboards * Google Workspace and Slack ### **Qualifications:** * 3–5 years of freelancing experience. * Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level) * 7\+ years of accounting or finance experience * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required * CPA or CPA\-equivalent certification preferred * MBA in Finance or Business preferred * Strong understanding of DTC, marketplace, and wholesale revenue models * Deep knowledge of inventory and cost accounting * Experience supporting US or EU\-based companies * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Independent, detail\-oriented, and systems\-driven ### **Shift Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, with required overlap during U.S. business hours
