Lead and motivate the maintenance team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performance work environment Supervise daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans, minimizing downtime Efficiently manage the department’s budget, optimizing resources without compromising quality Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards Analyze key data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and risk areas Provide technical support to workshop personnel; coordinate equipment installations and maintenance Collaborate with Production, Safety & Hygiene, and HR for integrated management --- What is the purpose of this role? You will be the key person responsible for leading, motivating, and training the maintenance team, ensuring a safe, efficient, and continuously improving environment.
