The context in which the position operates is highly dynamic due to its various specifications, management of equipment in charge for line supply, operational compliance, order preparation and loading compliance, in an interdisciplinary environment. Monitoring of the VI fleet, organization of work shifts and rotations. Has daily communication with Commercial Logistics, Production, Planning and Purchasing. Also interacts daily with direct collaborators, serving at times as the spokesperson for departmental and company decisions. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * Manage all sector operations * Monitor tasks and processes within current regulations and GMPs * Verify process compliance and use of PPE * Lead the work team * Coordinate available resources * Attend daily SIM3 meetings **Who We Are Looking For:** ----------------------------- * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed secondary education * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles * Knowledge of Safety, Hygiene and Quality policies * Leadership skills, analytical ability and decision-making capability * WMS (SAP) knowledge Intermediate English desirable **How to Succeed in the Job and at Ferrero** ------------------------------------------------------ Consumers, quality and service are the key to everything we do.
