Be Bayer. **Your mission will be** * Be part of the Value Stream Clusters as the first point of contact with Quality (SPOC) * Actively participate in projects and initiatives related to the lines within the cluster, ensuring compliance with Quality procedures; * Serve as a "role model," instructor, and coach in executing and complying with quality standards; * Be responsible for Quality oversight of the production lines. * Lead the implementation of Quality programs within the Value Stream Clusters; * Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of Quality standards across production lines; * Actively participate in projects and initiatives related to the lines within the cluster, ensuring compliance with Quality procedures; * Ensure communication of best Quality practices within the cluster and evaluate those from other clusters to share knowledge and shorten time-to-results. * Make release decisions and issue Certificates of Analysis for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Products analyzed at Pilar Plant via SAP systems. * Review Batch Records of products manufactured in Pilar prior to release decisions to assess GMP compliance. * Maintain plant GMP documentation archives and master folders for all products and materials. * Conduct product reviews throughout their shelf life: * Perform annual and regular reviews of locally manufactured products. * Conduct ongoing Process Verification (OPV) for locally manufactured products. * Lead, together with other cluster members, investigations arising from deviations / OOS / events to identify root causes and ensure Quality Oversight in each investigation. * Execute process validation activities in production areas. * Participate in the assessment of changes impacting production processes and/or equipment or production areas within the cluster. **Unleash Your Potential!** * University degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * At least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar QA roles. * Strong GMP knowledge. * Proficient in computerized systems. * Extensive SAP knowledge. * Fluent communication skills in English, both written and oral. * Possess dynamic, flexible, and innovative leadership. * Challenge the status quo with courage and determination. * Have a positive, collaborative attitude and communicate openly and constructively. * Skills: Leadership, Courage, Challenging the Status Quo, Planning and Aligning, Focus on Results, Flexibility.
