Job Description: We are looking for a Cybersecurity Leader to work under an employment contract. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Systems Engineering, Systems Bachelor’s Degree, Cybersecurity) or at least 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Certifications in information security, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. * Knowledge of information security standards and regulations, including ISO 27000, PCI\-DSS, and NIST. * Knowledge of information security tools and technologies, including encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and make strategic decisions during crisis situations. * Knowledge of electronic banking (preferred). * Advanced level of English. * Advanced Office suite proficiency. **Responsibilities** * Lead information security teams and ensure the effectiveness of implemented security solutions. * Lead the implementation and enforcement of information security policies, programs, and procedures to protect customer assets. * Ensure the security of customer infrastructure by conducting risk assessments and mitigating identified vulnerabilities. * Manage security incidents, assess and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. * Communicate and report to management and customers regarding risks, incidents, and information security strategies. * Foster a security culture and provide security training and awareness to employees and customers. * Participate in generating new business related to information security. * Represent the company in meetings and presentations with customers. * Participate in the selection process of team members and evaluate the performance of staff under your supervision. **Benefits:** * Prepaid medical coverage for you and your immediate family. * Training opportunities both within and outside the company.
