Your mission will be to manage and coordinate the complete procurement cycle for raw materials and services, ensuring optimization of the allocated budget and timely delivery to internal customers. To achieve this, you will be responsible for: · Developing suppliers · Requesting and evaluating quotations · Comparing prices and negotiating with suppliers · Placing orders and tracking their status · Preparing and reviewing payment documentation · Preparing and reviewing the monthly expense budget General Job Requirements Procurement experience, preferably in SMEs Experience in spare parts procurement (preferred) Technical profile Experience with management systems Advanced Excel proficiency
