The mission of this position is to ensure administrative and operational support for the offices in Argentina and Uruguay through efficient management of internal processes, corporate documentation, coordination of events and travel. What will you do? (Key responsibilities) Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines database (Sharepoint \- Argentina and Uruguay). Provide local support for Industrial Marketing activities (Argentina \& Uruguay). Maintain approval matrices for the company's procurement, expense reporting, and travel systems (Argentina \& Uruguay). Coordinate and assist with travel arrangements. Assist in the logistical coordination of visits and corporate events. Provide general assistance to the Management team or specific departments.
