Promotes continuous improvement in processes and tools For a perimeter security company, we are seeking a Project Manager (PM) with experience in implementing technological projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project delivery on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards, managing resources, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, and ensuring achievement of established objectives. Responsibilities: Plan and manage the implementation of technological projects. Define project scope, schedule, and objectives, ensuring adherence to the agreed budget. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (administrative, technical, etc.). Assess risks, anticipate issues, and propose effective solutions. Implement agile (Scrum) or traditional methodologies as appropriate for the project context. Lead progress tracking meetings, sprints, retrospectives, and demo sessions. Ensure compliance with quality standards across all project phases. Generate reports and control dashboards to support strategic decision-making. Promote continuous improvement in management processes and tools. Visit clients to conduct site surveys and hold follow-up meetings. Requirements: Proven Project Manager experience in dynamic environments (minimum 3–5 years), including field/onsite project management. Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Strong analytical ability and effective problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project. Desirable: University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Project management certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
