Main Responsibilities: - Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase productivity. - Prepare statistical reports on production, quality, and maintenance for decision-making. - Lead the analysis of operational failures or parameter deviations using problem-solving methodologies. - Coordinate tasks across different departments. - Develop and update standard operating procedures and manage quality control systems. - Ensure operators understand and execute the new processes according to defined standards. Preferred Qualifications: - Candidates graduated in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. - Proven experience in industrial processing plants. - Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of international standards (ISO standards). - Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, or process simulation tools.
