At Ferrum S.A., a leading Argentine manufacturer of sanitary ware, we are seeking an advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering to fill the position of Process Engineer at our Avellaneda plant. We are targeting candidates with at least 3 years of experience in this role within manufacturing industries. 👉 🔍 What challenges await you? 🤔 Research, test, and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance industrial processes and develop innovative solutions for existing challenges. Analyze part movements to improve time and effort. Develop production KPIs and manage the preparation and formatting of reports for various processes. Train production staff on operating new equipment and processes. Select the most suitable equipment, software, and technologies for industrial processes, considering efficiency, quality, and profitability. Generate documentation (user manuals) for newly implemented programs or technologies. 🔍 Candidate Profile Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Technical English proficiency (preferred).
