




Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation and Process Improvement Engineer to analyze production processes, develop industrial automation projects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Analyze production processes and identify automation opportunities. Develop and implement industrial automation projects (PLC, robotics, machine vision, digitalization). Optimize cycle times and improve KPIs such as OA%, efficiency. Reduce downtime and operational losses. Participate in and lead continuous improvement activities (Kaizen). Conduct technical evaluations of capital expenditures (CAPEX) with return-on-investment (ROI) analysis. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments. Standardize automated processes and document improvements. Train staff on newly implemented technologies. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (Mandatory) Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial sector performing automation and continuous improvement tasks (Mandatory) Solid knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley, or others) (Desirable) Proficiency in SCADA or HMI systems (Desirable) WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
