Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to coordinate daily container movements and manage transportation logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination of container logistics (import and export). 2. Route management, trip tracking, and resolution of operational incidents. 3. Interaction with drivers, customers, and logistics operators. Requirements  Proven experience in container logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding.  Knowledge of port terminals and container return shifts.  Experience coordinating with drivers and managing trips.  Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP, SICOP, and Exactian systems.  Dynamic, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented profile.  Strong communication skills and courteous interpersonal manner.  Knowledge of ISO standards.  Ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities  Daily coordination of container movements (import and export).  Ongoing contact with drivers, customers, and warehouses.  Management of scheduled shifts for container return and pickup at port terminals.  Trip tracking and resolution of operational incidents.  Coordination with freight forwarders and logistics operators.  Control and management of transportation documentation.  Route planning and assignment of trips to drivers.  Updating cargo status and generating operational reports. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 35 and 48 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, Driving, Logistics, Excel macros, Logistics operations, Route planning, Logistics processes, SAP, Tango Gestión, Transportation, Coordination Driver's Licenses: A1, B1 Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
