Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for roof waterproofing, focused on repairing and protecting roofs against water infiltration and structural deterioration, including surface preparation, installation of flashing, and application of membranes and paints. Key Points: 1. Previous experience in waterproofing or construction is desirable 2. Knowledge of handling specific tools and materials 3. Availability for working at heights We are currently seeking personnel to carry out roof waterproofing work, aimed at repairing and protecting roofs against water infiltration and structural deterioration. Tasks to be performed: Repair of deteriorated masonry sections and surface preparation. Installation of flashing (drip edges) on walls to ensure proper water runoff. Placement of waterproofing membrane in gutters, ensuring continuity of the sealing system. Application of elastomeric rubber-based waterproofing paint to reinforce roof protection against weather elements. Job Responsibilities: Carry out work in accordance with technical specifications. Properly prepare surfaces prior to material application. Correctly install flashing and sealing systems. Verify adhesion and continuity of the waterproofing membrane. Use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment correctly. Comply with safety and hygiene regulations, especially for work at heights. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements (desirable): Previous experience in waterproofing or construction work. Knowledge of handling specific tools and materials. Responsibility and commitment.
