Support and supervise the responsible personnel of each department Operational Control Manager – Food Wholesaler A leading wholesale food distributor is seeking an Operational Control Manager to oversee the company's overall operations and ensure proper compliance with commercial and operational processes. We are looking for a candidate with experience leading teams and managing operations within wholesale, supermarket, or mass-consumption companies. Responsibilities - Supervise the operational functioning of the wholesale store, warehouse, and administrative areas. - Verify compliance with internal processes and work procedures. - Identify improvement opportunities in daily operations. - Monitor order, inventory, product display, and overall business operations. - Analyze operational situations and propose solutions. - Support and supervise the responsible personnel of each department. - Collaborate in implementing commercial and operational improvements. - Track management indicators. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions (manager, supervisor, or team leader). - Experience in wholesale, supermarket, or food distribution companies. - Experience coordinating work teams. - Knowledge of commercial operations, inventory control, and processes. - Analytical, solution-oriented profile with strong results orientation. - Residence in Merlo or nearby areas. Prior experience in supermarket chains or wholesale companies will be highly valued.
