A leading company in facility management, operations, and comprehensive maintenance is looking for a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team at an industrial plant located in **Merlo** **Objective** To supervise and coordinate the maintenance technician team, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment at the industrial plant. Ensure planning, execution, and follow-up of work orders (corrective, preventive, and predictive), maintaining constant communication with the client and providing efficient responses to needs and emergencies. **Main Responsibilities** **Team Supervision:** * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the work of 6 to 10 maintenance technicians. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. **Operational and Administrative Management:** * Generate, plan, assign, and track work orders within the system. * Prepare closing reports for each work order with supporting documentation. * Identify plant needs and develop action plans for resolution. * Maintain administrative oversight of assigned personnel (attendance, leave, performance, etc.). **Comprehensive Maintenance:** * Coordinate and supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks. * Ensure general maintenance across areas including electrical, plumbing, masonry, locksmithing, painting, welding, among others. **Customer Service and Emergency Response:** * Maintain direct contact with the client to identify needs and ensure service quality. * Respond quickly and effectively to incidents and emergencies at the plant. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical secondary school diploma (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within industrial plants. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Electrical, plumbing, masonry, locksmithing, painting, and welding. * Experience with maintenance management tools (desirable). **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Effective communication with clients and colleagues. * Organizational and planning skills. * Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. **Working Conditions** * **Work Location:** Industrial plant in Merlo, Buenos Aires. * **Schedule:** Full-time.
