Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects, managing budgets, progress, materials, contractors, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive construction project management. 2. Budgetary control and progress monitoring of construction work. 3. Construction site supervision and logistics. CONSTRUCTION SITE IN DONTORCUATO. POSITION: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Address inquiries raised by team members. Site surveying. Budgetary control during and after construction. Deviation analysis. Preparation of construction progress reports. Monitoring of additional works during the construction warranty period. Development of work schedules and task assignments. Preparation of material and labor procurement requests. Construction site supervision and logistics. Physical control of materials and construction progress. Work certification. Contractor oversight.
