An expanding company is seeking a Project Designer with experience in the gastronomic sector and multi-location chains to join its Projects and Construction department. Main Responsibilities Development of executive projects and tender documentation. Preparation of layout / test fit drawings and coordination of technical documentation. Drafting of tender documents (PETP, PETG, PGC), spreadsheets, and quotations. Proficiency in 2D/3D modeling and rendering software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, rendering software). Quality control and standardization of documentation. Collaboration with construction teams to ensure correct project implementation. Requirements Graduated Architect. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in the gastronomic sector (mandatory). Prior experience in companies operating multi-location chains. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and 3D rendering software. Detail-oriented, solution-driven, independent, and capable of coordination. Work Location Primarily at the Pilar office, with occasional site visits.
