Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Training/Development Analyst – Motor Vehicles for Yamaha Argentina, supporting the technical training of mechanics and safe riding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the technical training of mechanics across the dealer network. 2. Participate in safe riding activities and training development. 3. Provide internal training and technical support to departments. For our prestigious client Yamaha Argentina, a market-leading motorcycle company, we are looking for a Junior Technical Training/Development Analyst – Motor Vehicles to support the technical training of mechanics within the dealer network and participate in all safe riding activities coordinated by the company. Provide internal training and technical assistance to departments requiring such support. !!!If you are a motorcycle user with technical education, at least some experience in the automotive industry, and strong communication skills, this opportunity is for you!!! Responsibilities: - Perform administrative tasks related to training management. - Develop training materials for virtual and in-person delivery. - Attend trainings delivered by the YRA Academy. - Actively contribute to the development of internal and external departmental activities. - Future opportunity to deliver trainings at the YTA Technical Academy. Requirements: * Tertiary or university-level technical education in Engineering. * Over 1 year of experience in the automotive industry. * Must be a motorcycle user and hold a valid driver’s license (MANDATORY). * Excellent communication, public speaking, proactivity, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. * Must reside in areas adjacent to or easily accessible from General Rodríguez. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Willingness and availability to travel.
