Job Summary: A leading company in Pilar is seeking an Information Security Specialist to design, implement, and maintain security practices to protect technological assets and information. Information Security Specialist Pilar On-site | Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM A leading company located in Pilar is hiring an Information Security Specialist to join its Technology and Innovation area. We seek a technical profile with a preventive mindset, oriented toward building and strengthening the Security area from its foundations. Job Mission Design, implement, and maintain Information Security practices that protect the organization’s technological assets and information, supporting the Technology and Innovation Manager in developing the area, reinforcing controls, reducing risks, and promoting good security practices among users. Key Responsibilities Define and document security policies and procedures. Identify risks and propose preventive and corrective controls. Manage user access, permissions, and profiles. Collaborate in the secure administration of equipment, devices, and accounts. Participate in security incident prevention and management. Contribute to the protection of sensitive data and backup schemes. Train and raise awareness among users regarding good security practices. Advise the Systems area on technology-related decisions from a security perspective. Required Profile Education: Studies in Systems, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields (Technician, Analyst, or Bachelor’s degree). Specific training in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Networks, or Infrastructure is desirable. Experience: Prior experience in systems areas (infrastructure, support, or administration). Knowledge of: Access management Network and endpoint security Security policies Incident prevention (Not focused on programming, but rather on operations and control).
