Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives The Sarmiento Hematological Foundation is currently looking for a Part-time Call Center Operator to join our team. About the Foundation: The Sarmiento Hematological Foundation is an organization dedicated to promoting voluntary blood donation and ensuring safe access to blood components for hospitals, clinics, and patients in need. Through its daily work, it raises awareness and actively contributes to the healthcare system. Objective: Provide high-quality telephone support, promote effective communication with donors and collaborators, support the Foundation’s campaigns, and ensure a positive experience in every contact. Responsibilities: Make phone calls according to the assigned database. Follow and correctly apply the communication script. Provide clear and accurate information regarding campaigns and appointments. Record actions and outcomes in the system. Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Strong communication skills and clear diction. Basic proficiency in communication skills and computer tools. Availability to work part-time.
