Development of communication and organizational skills We are hiring a person to join our HR team, with a focus on recruitment and selection of gastronomic profiles for our locations. Responsibilities: -Conduct personnel searches for kitchen, dining room, bar, production, and operational positions. -Post job advertisements, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. -Conduct candidate interviews via telephone, virtual, and in-person formats. -Visit locations to assess staffing needs and understand workplace dynamics. -Manage the onboarding process: documentation, personnel files, and coordination with other departments. -Maintain an updated candidate database and progress reports. Requirements: Intermediate or advanced student of Human Resources or Labor Relations. Minimum one year of experience in recruitment, preferably in gastronomy or high-turnover industries. Excellent communication, organization, and autonomy. Residence in the Western Zone (desirable) Work Mode and Schedule: Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. Working hours: 9 AM to 5 PM.
