




Job Summary: Lead the commercial strategy, expand the client portfolio, and position the brand in the market by designing commercial plans and managing the sales team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work Location: San Miguel, Buenos Aires Province Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Work Modality: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent with benefits commensurate with the position Objective: Lead the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring achievement of sales targets, expansion of the client portfolio, and brand positioning in the market. Main responsibilities include: - Design and implement the commercial and sales plan. - Identify new business opportunities and client development. - Manage and retain key client accounts. - Lead, motivate, and supervise the commercial team. - Analyze performance metrics (sales, conversions, profitability). - Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation. - Negotiate commercial agreements and close strategic contracts. - Prepare performance reports for management. · Requirements: - We are seeking candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercialization, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales and commercial leadership within services / contact center companies. - Must reside in San Miguel, Buenos Aires Province, or nearby areas. - Must have personal transportation and a valid driver’s license. - Must be available for international travel. - Candidates with strong negotiation skills, results orientation, and analytical capability will be preferred. - Solid knowledge of B2B sales, CRM and commercial tools, and performance indicators (KPIs).
