Through Grupo Consultores de Empresas, we are currently looking for a Rotational Molding Machine Operator for an important industry located in Loma Hermosa, Buenos Aires Province.  Location: Loma Hermosa, Buenos Aires Province  Working Hours: Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays (morning shift); rotating shifts  Collective Bargaining Agreement: Plastic Industry  Position Category: Operator Your main responsibilities will include: Preparing the rotational molding machine for startup: verifying molds, tools, and raw materials. Loading plastic material according to production specifications. Monitoring the complete rotational molding cycle: heating, rotation, and cooling. Demolding finished parts while avoiding damage to both products and molds. Conducting visual and dimensional quality checks on parts (finish, thickness, shape, color). Performing finishing tasks, trimming, and cleaning of parts. Recording production data: quantity, cycle times, material losses, and incidents. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with industrial safety standards. Reporting machine malfunctions or product defects. Assisting with general department tasks: mold handling, packaging, loading/unloading. Requirements to join our team: Minimum 1 year of experience operating rotational molding machines or in plastic processes (extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming). Basic proficiency with hand tools and ability to read production orders. Completed secondary education (mandatory). Physical capability for physically demanding tasks and willingness to perform manual labor. Availability for rotating shifts. Residence near the area.
