Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager to lead teams, manage points of sale, and ensure excellence in customer service for a skin-care retail company. Key Highlights: 1. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Lead, support, and motivate the team of dermo-advisors. Ensure achievement of the store’s sales targets. Comprehensive point-of-sale management: organization, stock control, and product display. Cash handling: opening, closing, and daily cash counts. Monitoring of commercial indicators (KPIs). Coordination of staff schedules, roles, and operational needs of the store. Ensure customer service standards and brand experience. Supervise off-site customer acquisition activities during periods of low foot traffic. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Prior experience leading retail teams (mandatory). Knowledge and experience in cash handling, collections, and cash closing (mandatory). Availability to work rotating shifts, Monday through Sunday, with two rotating weekly days off. Sales-oriented profile with leadership and customer experience focus. Excellent presence and communication skills. WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU? Indefinite-term employment contract. Workplace: Plaza Oeste Shopping Center Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with two rotating weekly days off. 45 hours per week; rotating 9-hour shifts (morning / afternoon / closing).
