A leading company in the cafeteria industry is looking for a Management Assistant Location: Pilar Mode: In-person Schedule: 9 AM; rotating shifts – two days off per week Career path: Position with potential promotion to Store Manager in approximately 3 months, subject to performance. Job Mission Support the comprehensive management of the location, ensuring excellence in daily operations, customer experience, and team development, with a focus on the culinary channel. Key Responsibilities Operational Management of the Location Supervise the cafeteria’s daily operations Ensure proper shift scheduling and customer flow Monitor cash register opening and closing procedures Guarantee quality, cleanliness, and service standards Customer Experience Promote a distinctive in-store experience Resolve inquiries, complaints, and situations promptly Serve as the reference point for service and coffee culture Production and Technical Knowledge (Barista) Prepare beverages (specialty coffee, brewing methods, etc.) Oversee recipes and quality standards Train and support baristas Team Management Assist in shift coordination Support team development and performance Provide feedback and operational support Collaborate in onboarding new team members Business Management Monitor stock levels and inventory Track local performance indicators Identify opportunities for improvement Support implementation of commercial initiatives Candidate Requirements Required Experience Prior experience in cafeterias or gastronomy (mandatory) Barista experience (mandatory) Experience in supervisory, team leader, or management assistant roles (preferred) Technical Knowledge Proficiency in professional coffee machines Knowledge of extraction methods and preparation techniques Stock and cash register management Basic understanding of operational KPIs Core Competencies Leadership and team development Customer orientation Organization and planning Problem solving Proactivity and dynamism Communication skills. -Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary degree 3 years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
