About the job At Danone, we are seeking a Distributor Quality Analyst with a hybrid work model based in General Rodriguez, to collaborate as part of a team toward our purpose: providing health through food and beverages to as many people as possible, while caring for the planet. By taking on the role of Distributor Quality Analyst within our La Serenisima Logistics business, you will face the challenge of maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety among our indirect distributors, achieving excellence in services provided, supervising order traceability, reverse logistics, and secure and efficient product shipping. Key responsibilities include: * Actively participate in investigations of findings from the integrated management system. * Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Manage and conduct internal audits of Distributors to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Manage staff participation in courses and training programs. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to quality and environment within your sector. * Participate in HACCP assessments, environmental aspects and impacts, and change management within your sector. * Use food safety, quality, and environmental management platforms. * Drafting and administration of sector documents. * Care for and maintain hygienic\-sanitary conditions of facilities. * Promote ICARE communications. * Development and analysis of KPIs About you About you: * Professional academic background, graduated or studying Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields (mandatory). * Minimum experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational food, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or related industries (desirable). * Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory), Power BI and SAP (desirable). * Knowledge of ISO, FSSC, AIBI, BRF or similar standards (desirable). * Intermediate English language skills (desirable).
