




**Job Description** ---------------------------- The CSE is located within INTEDYA’s International Office Network and reports directly to the Associate Director (DOA) and, indirectly, to the Project Management Officer (PMO) or Head of Operations (for technical functions) and to the Office Tutor assigned by the International Headquarters (TI) for commercial and technical activities. **Responsibilities** ------------- **Commercial Area (75% time allocation):** * Direct telephone prospecting to generate commercial meetings and SOFIDYA demonstrations. Conducting meetings with decision-makers to secure software contracts such as Sofidya. * Preparation, presentation, follow-up, and closing of proposals. * Coordination of events (*Competitive Breakfasts, Talks, and Conferences*) with support from the office’s Associate Director and commercial team to promote Sofidya on a large scale. **Technical Area (25% time allocation):** * Ensuring proper execution of assigned projects (PROJECT QUALITY) by rigorously following the current INTEDYA Methodology and using the tools made available for this purpose. * Developing long-term relationships with assigned companies through expansion of contracted INTEDYA services. * Recording and reporting all actions carried out with current or potential clients, as well as transmitting all information provided by the client—both explicitly and implicitly. * Ensuring proper execution of assigned projects (always related to Sofidya) by rigorously following the current INTEDYA Methodology and using the tools made available for this purpose—with clear emphasis on cross-selling additional services. * Planning and executing demand-generation activities in accordance with guidelines and recommendations from the Commercial Tutor (TC), supported by the office’s Associate Director. * Reporting, recording, and informing on all actions carried out with current or potential clients, as well as transmitting all information provided by the client—both explicitly and implicitly. **Accountabilities** --------------------- * Meeting established commercial, technical, and mass-activity (Competitive Breakfasts, Talks, and Conferences) performance indicators. * Complying with operational policies outlined in Operational Manuals, Procedures, Technical Instructions, and similar documents applicable to this position. * Meeting activity, management, and results indicators established in this document. * Undergoing training and acquiring solid knowledge of the organization and its products by actively participating in and benefiting from training initiatives offered. * Entering into the organization’s information systems all information regarding performed or scheduled activities carried out in the exercise of their duties. * Promptly reporting—through the designated channels—any incident, inconsistency, or similar issue that may affect the quality or image of INTEDYA’s services. **Education and Knowledge** ----------------------------- * Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, and/or Engineering degree. * Basic knowledge of Management Systems. * Master’s Degree / Diploma / Specialization Program or equivalent in ISO 9001 Management Systems. * Advanced user-level proficiency in office and communication software such as Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, Internet browsers, etc. * Familiarity with and proactive use of computer applications and technology. **Experience** --------------- Prior experience participating in activities related to management systems (e.g., maintenance, auditing, or training teams) within an organization. **Soft Skills** --------------- * Outgoing interpersonal manner when dealing with clients and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Commercial aptitude and attitude. * Analytical thinking (linking problems to solutions and alternatives). * Client-facing positioning and leadership (with Senior Management). * Ability to deliver talks and conferences to audiences at various levels. * Interest and ambition for economic, professional, and hierarchical growth. * Eagerness to acquire new knowledge. * Personal organization and discipline.
