




We are currently looking for a **Pastry Chef** to supervise and coordinate production at a manufacturing plant and a retail bakery/pastry shop located in the Pilar area. **Main responsibilities include:** \- Supervise the complete production process at the manufacturing plant \- Lead and coordinate tasks performed by the kitchen team under their responsibility \- Cost recipes \- Promote and enforce quality and food safety standards \- Propose innovative ideas for new products, considering current trends in pastry **Requirements:** * Tertiary and/or university degree in gastronomy (mandatory) * Proven experience in large-scale production developed in hotels, corporate catering companies, or events * Team leadership experience * Knowledge of industrial equipment (ovens, mixers, blast chillers, laminators, etc.) Planning ability, organization skills, attention to detail, and creativity are key competencies that complete the profile.
