Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner for the industrial sector, responsible for developing maintenance plans, coordinating services, and managing spare parts and budgets. Proactive role with a focus on communication and teamwork For our industrial-sector client located in General Rodríguez, Buenos Aires, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and annually update the maintenance plan. Distribute work orders. Administer and update the information and documentation required for proper departmental operation. Monitor the supply of consumables and spare parts. Coordinate maintenance services. Track budget execution. Organize and manage spare parts inventory at each workshop. Maintain up-to-date information. Develop KPIs. Participate in root cause analysis. REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION Graduate Engineer or advanced student in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory). 3–4 years of experience in Maintenance within continuous production industries, in roles such as Analyst, Supervisor, and/or Planner. Residency in nearby areas (Luján, Pilar, Moreno, Francisco Álvarez, etc.). SKILLS We seek proactive individuals competent in communication and teamwork who contribute value to organizational growth.
