Position Objectives: - Achieve department goals according to the business plan approved by management. - Develop, enhance and plan customs brokerage strategies. - Retain existing clients and expand the business portfolio. Essential Requirements: - Authorized signature as a Customs Broker. - Proven experience in customs broker companies. - Solid technical knowledge of regulations, customs resolutions, and foreign trade (BCRA, SENASA, INAL, ATMAT, SEC. FOREIGN TRADE, etc.). - Ability to read, interpret, and analyze current legislation. - Established network of contacts within customs authorities, acquired through hands-on daily operational experience. - Comprehensive management of the company's customs brokerage area. - Leadership and coordination of high-performance teams. - Continuous interaction with various internal departments of the company.
