The candidate must have technical knowledge and a business/commercial vision. Task Description: Responsible for creating, reviewing, and improving application architecture, integration, and data proposals for high-volume banking environments. Ability to translate technical challenges, operational model issues, and organizational acceleration into solution plans with architectural approaches. Envision new experiences, products, and technological services that contribute to achieving customer business objectives. Define how technology can accelerate transformation initiatives, new products, or services. Transform processes and technology to achieve strategic goals with a digital focus. Lead digital transformation management by providing appropriate tools and approaches. Establish clear linkages to identify problems and requirements, aligning them with value and business case. Solve tactical problems and strategically plan digital infrastructure through technology roadmaps. Investigate issues, develop recommendations, and participate in projects to solve business problems. Design, build, test, and implement technological services. Define the client's digital product roadmap. Mandatory Skills: Experience in Architecture Strategy and Solution Architecture. Knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Node, React, and Microservices, with the ability to challenge solutions with the client. Experience in digital products. Desirable (not mandatory) Skills: Experience in fintech or banking digital solutions. Intermediate or advanced English. Work Mode: Remote, with possible onsite requirements in CABA.
