





We'll tell you what the person in this position will do: * Promote, prevent, and address employees' health, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. * Provide first aid, medical emergency care, administer treatments, and participate in epidemiological surveillance. * Conduct medical evaluations (pre-employment, periodic, termination, job change) and collaborate in managing work-related accidents and occupational diseases. * Design and deliver training on health, hygiene, and safety; participate in identifying workplace risks and wellness campaigns (vaccinations, healthy habits). * Manage databases in Excel, create presentations in PowerPoint, write documents in Word, and manage communications in Outlook. * Analyze health indicators using digital statistical tools, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. * Use occupational health management systems or electronic medical record software. * Maintain accurate and confidential medical records; prepare periodic and ad\-hoc reports on indicators, incidents, and activities carried out. * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations regarding occupational health. Postgraduate degree in Occupational Health or Occupational Nursing (desirable). * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in industrial environments, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. * **Data management and analysis:** Experience in tracking health indicators, advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory), and familiarity with digital statistical tools. * **Medical care:** Solid knowledge in first aid, emergencies, and pre-hospital care. * **Legal regulations:** Familiarity with local occupational health and safety legislation.
