Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ **Job Description** * Answer and manage calls * Provide clear and accurate information about services, schedules, and hotel areas * Properly register and forward guest requests, messages, and needs * Connect internal calls between departments and rooms. * Support special requests (wake-up calls, transfers, room service, emergencies, etc.). * Maintain a friendly, professional manner in line with standards * Collaborate with the front desk on general guest information * Record incidents and follow up on requests through the internal system. * Assist in lost and found processes, VIP request reports **Requirements** * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Communication skills and excellent interpersonal relationships. * Proactivity, empathy, and guest service orientation. * Basic knowledge of English or other languages (valued). * Experience with Hotel Operating Systems (desirable). * Reside in Campana or surrounding areas. **Additional Information** Learning programs through our Academies * Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your hotel and around the world! * Ability to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, such as Planet 21
