**Position Objective:** Coordinate and supervise shipping operations. Ensuring the correct daily dispatch of goods on time and in proper condition. Control compliance with packaging and labeling procedures. **FUNCTIONS:** Control order preparation (picking) and subsequent loading onto transport vehicles. \*Monitor stock levels, ensure safe storage and restocking of items in warehouses. \* Optimize warehouse operations for more efficient management. \* Verify documentation for each operation, such as delivery notes, route sheets, and returns. \* Keep management systems updated and track stock levels. \* Coordinate and supervise daily shipments, verifying correct dispatch of goods according to zones and priorities. \* Plan and optimize transporters' routes to minimize time and operational costs. \* Keep company fleet, driver, and transporter documentation up to date. \* Organize and lead personnel under supervision, assigning tasks and ensuring goal achievement. \* Maintain smooth communication with other departments such as Production, Administration, and Sales to ensure supply chain efficiency. \* Guarantee order, safety, and compliance with regulations in the shipping and storage areas. \* Propose and implement continuous improvements in shipping processes to increase efficiency. **EDUCATION**: COMPLETED SECONDARY SCHOOL / TECHNICAL OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN LOGISTICS **KNOWLEDGE:** Inventory management, transportation documentation, and management system handling **Required Competencies:** * Strong values-based foundation * Teamwork ability * Experience leading work teams * Strong analytical skills * Active communication * Responsibility * Empathy * Order and organization * Proactive Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
