We now have the opportunity to expand our production team and take on new projects and challenges! **Shifts: 8-hour rotating shifts (6:00 to 14:00\) \- (14:00 to 22:00\) \- (22:00 to 6:00\).** **Responsibilities:** * Demolding of parts * Trimming and polishing parts according to specific customer requirements * Placing components into different molds (rods, structures, wires, velcros, fabrics) * General packaging * Repairing parts and loading onto pallets * Understanding all Personal Protective Equipment requirements * Reviewing all customer quality guidelines and special conditions for component supply * Supporting other manufacturing colleagues as needed to complete customer orders * Maintaining the work area according to 5S standards of organization, cleanliness, and inspection * Assisting colleagues as necessary to support/guarantee 5S compliance * Actively participating in the Continuous Improvement Program and attending Kaizen events as scheduled **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Over 1 year of industrial experience, preferably in continuous production line areas * Knowledge of production systems (continuous improvement) Benefits: On-site cafeteria Snack machine Discounts at local businesses (gyms, pharmacies, etc) Above all, we are looking for someone eager to learn, curious and proactive in proposing new ideas, with a positive attitude, oriented toward continuous improvement, and willing to work as part of a great team!
