We are looking for our client **PLUSPETROL**, a private energy company with over 45 years of experience in the industry, a professional for the role of **PRECOM & COM ENGINEER** for Surface Facilities in the **NEUQUÉN** area Responsibilities: * Participate from an early stage in the PRECOM, COM & START-UP process of Surface Facilities Projects, focusing primarily on Major Projects, interacting with Operational Areas to analyze and implement requirements, where applicable. * Define and implement the methodology and procedures to be used by the company for the execution of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-Up activities. If required, participate together with Corporate Areas in the definition, modification and/or adaptation of such procedures. * Actively participate in the development of the Project Schedule (Baseline), with specific focus on PC&HO, actively coordinating with the Project team. * Ensure that the defined methodology and processes meet the Company's Safety standards. * Ensure full documentary traceability of the entire PC&HO process, in accordance with Operations requirements. * Lead/Administer the specialized PC&HO contractor when the project's RASCI matrix determines such need. * Actively participate in the coordination of PC&HO tasks for Major Projects. Supervise and advise on projects of varying scale. Will serve as the technical authority of reference on this subject. In case of multiple concurrent projects, coordinate their plans utilizing the appropriate resources. Requirements: * Graduate degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * More than 10 years of experience in a similar role within an operating or construction company in the industry. \- Intermediate to advanced English. * Residency in Neuquén or availability for relocation. * This position requires travel to different assets where Projects are executed, depending on each project's demands. * Opportunities for development and a highly collaborative work environment.
