Within the **Commerce & Sales** area, you will play a key and strategic role in our Consulting business, providing support in transformation projects for our clients. We share: We exchange our experiences with team members and learn from others’ experiences. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Advanced or bilingual English proficiency. * Education: Graduate of Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * At least 3 years of prior experience implementing Salesforce CRM / MS Dynamics 365 **✔ IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES SOME OF THESE REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in sales or sales support, marketing, preferably also in consulting, with use of digital platforms & automation. Ideally in Sales Operations & Sales Effectiveness areas. * Knowledge of sales and quotation processes across the entire customer lifecycle, from product configuration, pricing, contract management, through to sales conversion and order management. Price analysis and approval processes. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * A master's degree or other postgraduate studies, as well as additional certifications, will be valued. * Profile capable of problem-solving, strong data handling skills, knowledge of Design Thinking, and experience with agile methodologies and project management. * Effective communication skills, understanding of storytelling, and ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients. * Experience in consulting and/or sales transformation projects across various industries. * Interest in working with digital platforms, from design through configuration and implementation. * Proficiency with Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., and data modeling. * Knowledge in process design and automation.
