Join AGCO’s 24-month Procurement Internship Program, designed to cultivate future leaders in global procurement and supply chain. The program delivers hands-on experience in direct and indirect procurement, supplier quality, risk management, and strategic sourcing. Interns will rotate across key functions, receive advanced training, and lead strategic projects aligned with AGCO’s global priorities. **Your Impact** * Support procurement activities for direct and indirect sourcing, including supplier selection and negotiation. * Contribute to sourcing initiatives in low-cost countries (LCCs), developing regional expertise and cross-cultural negotiation skills. * Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on PPAP and quality requirements to ensure product excellence. * Participate in predictive risk management initiatives using data analytics and artificial intelligence tools. * Support supply network strategy projects aligned with AGCO’s global manufacturing footprint. Assist in ensuring supplier capacity through data-driven planning and relationship management. * Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and provide insights to category managers. Engage in continuous learning through technical and behavioral training. **Your Qualifications** * Education: Advanced student (starting from second year) in one of the following fields: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical), Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or Operations, Information Systems, Data Analytics, International Trade, or related disciplines. * Reside in General Rodríguez or surrounding areas with availability to work onsite at AGCO. * English language proficiency is a plus. **Your Workplace** This position is located in General Rodríguez, Argentina.
