Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze deviations, design and implement improvements in production processes, and ensure compliance with regulations at a leading winery. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze process deviations and propose improvement actions. 2. Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma). 3. Train personnel and serve as a reference in Safety and Hygiene. Main Responsibilities Analyze root causes of deviations in bottling processes and propose improvement actions Design, implement, and monitor improvements in production processes Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, SMED) Coordinate with line managers and supervisors on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions Monitor management indicators (productivity, quality, losses, costs, safety) Identify, record, and reduce losses of raw materials and finished products Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal standards Participate in investment planning and follow-up Train operational personnel on processes and best practices Act as a reference on Safety and Hygiene matters We are a group of Argentine wineries, recognized among the world’s top 10 wine producers.
