A prominent technical services company specializing in elevator maintenance and repair is seeking an Elevator Complaint Technician to join its technical team. **Main Responsibilities:** Respond to urgent elevator and freight elevator complaints (equipment out of service, people trapped, operational failures, etc.). Diagnose faults and perform mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/electronic repairs. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and installations. Perform adjustments, component replacements, and commissioning of equipment. Coordinate tasks with assistant technicians and supervise proper use of tools and safety equipment. Provide technical support to other team members and collaborate with third-party service providers. Maintain clear communication with clients, prioritizing safety and service continuity. Complete technical reports and document the status of completed work. Requirements **Technical secondary education:** Electrician, Electromechanical Technician, Mechanical Technician, or Electronics Technician (mandatory). Experience in diagnosing and repairing electromechanical equipment. Knowledge of elevators (preferred). Proficiency with technical tools (multimeter, measuring instruments, electric tools, etc.).
