We are seeking a Wadding Machine Operator with experience and enthusiasm to grow within a dynamic work environment. What do we offer? **Position:** Wadding Machine Operator. **Hiring:** Immediate start and stable position at a leading company. **Location:** El Talar, Northern Zone of GBA. **Workdays:** Monday to Friday. **Schedule:** 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (central and fixed schedule). **Additional Benefit:** Opportunity to perform paid overtime to increase your income. **Your main responsibilities will be:** Operate and monitor the Wadding Machine, ensuring proper operation and product quality. Load and unload raw materials and finished products. Perform visual quality control of the wadding produced, identifying and correcting potential defects. Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures on the production line. Collaborate on basic preventive maintenance of machinery. What are we looking for in you? Proven experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in the textile sector (Mandatory: experience with wadding machines or similar). Completed secondary education (Desirable). Commitment and punctuality regarding the 6:00 am to 3:00 pm schedule. Availability to work overtime when production demands it (essential). Proactive, detail-oriented individual with ability to work effectively in a team.
