As a **Process Engineer** at Ruhrpumpen, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing processes to guarantee efficiency and quality in production. **Responsibilities:*** Prepare operation routes and process instructions. * Evaluate improvements and solutions for production processes. * Generate more accurate operation routes in BAAN (correct number of operations and process times). * Prepare Part Lists: define raw materials (RM) for part manufacturing and assembly\-welding. * Optimize raw material selection (utilize existing stock and reduce purchases) \+ reduce tooling consumption. * Provide technical support to the plant. **Requirements:*** Secondary or technical secondary education / Engineering student in 2nd/3rd year (not mandatory). * Mandatory experience in metallurgical or metal-mechanical industries. * Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing and/or product transformation (machining, welding, assembly, etc.). * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. * Familiarity with KPIs (metric definition / process definition). * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper). * Office / AutoCAD / Inventor (desirable but not mandatory). * Intermediate Excel (desirable). * Language: English (reading and comprehension skills required for systems and blueprints) kmWAZszOnX
