Position Summary: Bulk Product Preparer operator responsible for producing bulk products according to specifications and quality and safety regulations, including sampling, labeling, and adjustments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare bulk products according to quality and safety standards 2. Perform product sampling and labeling 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area ***For Important Laboratory – CABA Area*** ***We Will Select*** **Bulk Product Preparer \- Night Shift** **Position Objective** * Prepare bulk products in accordance with company quality and safety specifications and regulations, as stipulated in the daily production schedule. ***General Responsibilities*** * Prepare bulk products following the operating procedure and taking into account company specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Send a product sample to the Laboratory for analysis upon completion. * Label the finished product once it has been approved by the Laboratory. * Adjust the bulk product composition according to instructions from Quality Control or R&D, if immediate approval is not granted. * Complete and follow the Bulk Preparation MOFs (Manufacturing Operation Forms) to track the preparation process. * Record raw material adjustments in the MOF for each preparation process, to ensure proper material write-off. * Complete the Ammonia Consumption Sheet, which also includes data regarding prepared bulk products and Laboratory test results. * Conduct preventive checks on raw materials supplied by the Weighing Department. * Clean equipment and facilities in accordance with established and current procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Ensure timely and proper preparation of bulk products. ***Educational Requirements*** * Completed secondary education with a focus on Chemical Technician, or suitable candidate with experience in production areas. ***Experience*** * Two years in an equivalent position and one year in the same department. Salary: $1\.400\.000,00 \- $1\.650\.000,00 per hour Scheduled Hours: 54\.0 per week Work Location: On-site employment
