Job Summary: We are looking for a Store Manager for YPF FULL (Jesús María), responsible for overall store operations, leadership, and supervision of the team within a food service chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the work team, providing guidelines and support. 2. Stock control, supplier management, and basic administrative tasks. 3. Together with a major food service chain, we are seeking a STORE MANAGER for YPF FULL (Jesús María) to be responsible for the store’s overall operations, leading and supervising the team, providing guidance, follow-up, and management support. What are we looking for? • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles as a supervisor in food retail. • Strong communication and team coordination skills. • Proficiency in operating systems, Excel, and basic administrative tasks. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (preferred). What will be your challenges? • Lead and supervise the work team, providing guidelines, follow-up, and management support. • Stock control, supplier management, ordering, etc. • Basic administrative tasks requiring proficiency in Office software and internal systems. • Establish and monitor product quality and customer service standards. • Report to management on key performance indicators: team performance, compliance with standards, shrinkage, productivity, etc. • Propose process and workflow improvements to optimize time, cost, and quality.
