We seek dynamic candidates committed to final product quality. Main Responsibilities: • Operation of extrusion lines: Startup, monitoring of parameters, and machine shutdown. • Raw material feeding: Loading hoppers with pellets and additives/pigments. • Process control: Monitoring temperatures, pressures, and dimensions of the extruded product. • Tool handling: Use of hand tools for adjustments and replacement of filters or dies. • Area maintenance: Machine cleaning and compliance with industrial safety standards. Requirements: • Age: 25 to 35 years. • Residence: Barracas (CABA) or easily accessible areas (surrounding neighborhoods). • Availability: Rotating shifts and Full Time (mandatory). • Attitude: Proactivity, orderliness, and excellent communication skills for shift handovers. Preferred (not mandatory): • Previous experience in extrusion plants (film, pipes, profiles, etc.). • Forklift operation. • Secondary education (preferably technical).
