Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the operational availability of units with automation systems, coordinating preventive and corrective tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure continuous operational availability of units with automation systems. 2. Supervise the maintenance team and task execution. 3. Implement process improvements in maintenance. Cliba Neuquén is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor! · Key Responsibilities: Ensure continuous and efficient operational availability of units with automation systems by coordinating preventive (predictive) and corrective maintenance, resource management, team supervision, and process improvement implementation. Assign tasks to subordinate personnel. Supervise and verify their execution according to plan. Supervise and ensure compliance with tasks related to blacksmithing, lubrication, tire services, mechanical work, electrical work, bodywork, painting, and washing; ensure these tasks are performed in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Prepare a monthly report on overtime hours worked by maintenance personnel. Monitor the condition and functionality of tools assigned to the maintenance department. · Requirements: Completed tertiary education. 3 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of light and heavy fleet mechanics. Viper and Pectra systems.
