Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and optimize the company's logistics resources (personnel, supplies, vehicles, and equipment). Plan and supervise field medical service activities. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in every operation. Act as the liaison between the company, medical teams, and clients. Resolve operational issues and make rapid decisions in critical situations. Requirements: Proven experience in logistics coordination (mandatory). Knowledge of medical services, civil works, or remote areas. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Leadership and organizational capabilities. Valid driver's license and availability for site visits.
