We deliver high-quality service in their native language, available 24/7. **At Assist Card, we believe teamwork and passion are the keys to delivering the best assistance to our customers** **What is the main challenge of this role?** The primary challenge of this role is to participate in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and innovative solutions related to our data models and their proper consumption, collaborating closely with the rest of the team and supporting practices aligned with those solutions. ***This opportunity is for you if you have...*** * + Advanced or completed studies in computer science (Engineering / Bachelor's Degree / Data Analyst). + Minimum 5 years of experience developing ETL processes on Integration Services (SSIS). *Mandatory*. + Experience developing with SQL, PL/SQL, or T\-SQL on MS SQL Server. *Mandatory*. + Knowledge of data modeling and Data Warehousing techniques. *Mandatory*. + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C. *Mandatory*. + Experience developing integrations with various platforms, such as DataStage, MuleSoft, cloud pipelines, etc. *Desirable*. + Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SSRS, etc. *Desirable* + Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, R, BigQuery. *Desirable*. ***Role Challenges:*** * Ensure data availability, freshness, and reliability by proactively anticipating potential incidents or deviations in pipelines and services. * Optimize resource usage and existing architecture by proposing improvements based on business priorities, operational efficiency, and opportunities identified in data usage. * Identify gaps in quality, security, and performance, designing and implementing scalable solutions that elevate the maturity level of the data platform. * Serve as the team’s technical reference, promoting sound engineering practices, design and development patterns, process standardization, and mentoring less senior profiles. * Drive innovation by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve data automation, governance, and analytical exploitation. * Guarantee compliance and continuous evolution of work standards by documenting processes, proposing improvements, and collaborating on their adoption across the entire data engineering lifecycle. * Participate in complex data integration developments, performing PoCs to evaluate new data sources, technologies, or approaches—with a focus on scalability and maintainability. * Collaborate with analytics teams to enable actionable insights through robust, complete, and reliable data models. ***Benefits*** Swiss Medical Health Insurance \- Additional time-off days \- English \& Portuguese language training \- Discounts on educational platforms \- Birthday gift \- Office breakfast: Snacks, fruits \- Childcare financial assistance \- Travel assistance \- Gym discounts Full-time \| Location: Saavedra \| Hybrid schedule (3 days office / 2 days remote) At Assist Card, we want our employees to be the protagonists of their own professional journey.
